Different Environments for Different Needs
Therapy works best in the places where your child actually uses their skills, so we come to you — or meet online when that suits your family better.

Mobile Therapy Sessions
We offer mobile therapy sessions so that your child is able to work on developing skills required in the home, at school, preschool or while in the community.

Telehealth
Telehealth sessions are available for clients who aren’t able to attend regular face to face sessions and offer flexibility for families who have a busy schedule, are isolating or live remotely.

We are transparent about fees and can work with the funding you already have.

NDIS
We work with NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, charging at the hourly rate set by the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

Medicare
With an Allied Health Care Plan from your GP you can claim a Medicare rebate on up to 5 sessions in a calendar year (a gap payment applies).

Private health funds
Occupational therapy sessions are claimable from most private health funds — ask your fund about rebates on item codes 100, 200, 250 and 300.

What ages do you work with?
We are a paediatric occupational therapy service, so we work with babies, children and adolescents. Get in touch and we will let you know how we can help your child.
Where do sessions take place?
We come to you. Sessions happen at home, at preschool or school, or in the community — wherever your child needs to use the skills they are working on. Telehealth is available for families who cannot attend face to face.
Do you work with NDIS participants?
Yes. At this time we provide services to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, and we charge at the hourly rate set by the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Can I claim through Medicare or my private health fund?
With an Allied Health Care Plan from your GP you can claim a Medicare rebate on up to 5 sessions per calendar year (a gap applies). Most private health funds also cover occupational therapy — ask your fund about item codes 100, 200, 250 and 300.
How much does a session cost?
Sessions are charged at the NDIS hourly rate, currently $193.99 per hour. Travel for mobile sessions and non face-to-face work such as report writing are charged in addition, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Full details are in our fees and funding policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at 100% of the planned support, including any travel; in an emergency the fee may be waived at your therapist’s discretion.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to book with us. If you want to claim a Medicare rebate you will need an Allied Health Care Plan from your GP first.
